Smoked Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

What You'll Need

    • 8-10 lb Pork Loin
    • 2 lbs thin sliced bacon
    • minced garlic
    • Link sausage such as andouille (pre-cooked to 160 degrees F)
    • garlic salt
    • seasoning salt
