Black Sesame Tofu and Veggie Stir Fry

1 1/3 cups cooked instant brown rice
1 package (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, drained
1 1/2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 Tbsp peanut oil, divided
1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 cups packaged shredded carrots (about 6 oz)
1 large yellow or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
4 green onions, trimmed and cut crosswise into 1-inch lengths
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
2 Tbsp light miso
1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp cornstarch
