Orange Marmalade Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 10-ounce jar Orange Marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 package fresh mushroom caps
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
