Korean Style BBQ Pork Loin

  • 1 pork loin any size
  • cup ketchup
  • cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • tablespoons sugar
  • tablespoons sesame seeds
  • tablespoon gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • scallions, whites and greens, chopped
  • cloves garlic, chopped
  • One 2-inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • tablespoon sesame oil
