Pesto Pierogies

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12-ounce) box Mrs. T's Potato & Onion Mini Pierogies
  • 1/3 cup roasted red pepper strips, well drained
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
