Honey Roasted Peanut Crusted Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 1.25-pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts, finely chopped

 

Chicken on the Can

It's one of my favorite ways to grill chicken.  You can find the rack to sit the can on at walmart for about 3 dollars. 
  • 1 whole chicken
  • can of beer or your favorite soda
  • 1tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1tsp of rosemary
  • BBQ rub(check out my recipe  or whatever you like)

Quinoa fried rice

Ingredients:-2 tbsp sesame oil or coconut oit
-1 tsp minced garlic
-1 tsp minced ginger
-1 cup frozen or fresh broccoli
-1can water chestnuts
-1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
-1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
-1 cup shredded carrot
-3-4 cups cooked quinoa(cook before making stirfry)
-1 cup white rice (cook before making stirfry)
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-2 eggs(cook before making stirfry)
-1 tbs chinese 5 spice
-salt & pepper, to taste
-extra soy sauce + Sriacha, to taste
-vegetables to you your liking

  • 8 ounces of milk(could be almond, soy, whatever your favorite is)
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • optional your favorite fixings(sweetner, chocolate sauce, whipped cream)

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Musselman’s Apple Butter
  • 1/4 cup Musselman’s Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
