  • 1 packet of onion soup
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 4-5 large carrots peeled and cut

Ingredients

1 cup lowfat milk
1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
pinch sea salt (plus additional for serving)
1 teaspoon cooking oil (or 1/2 second spray)
1 large egg
1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
1 slice cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons sliced green onion
Fresh cracked pepper

Ingredients
  • 3 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, plus 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
  • 2 (3-ounce) packages strawberry gelatin dessert mix
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen strawberries

My recipe
  • pound of ground beef
  • 1 chili seasoning packet
  • 1 can of chili starter any brand
  • 1 can chipotle salsa(optional)
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 larg can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can navy beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 onion chopped(optional)
  • 2 stalks of celery(optional)
