Grilled Flatbread with Hummus & Mixed Veggies

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 large mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 4 Indian flatbreads (naan) or pocketless pita
  • 1 cup Sabra Hummus
  • 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Red pepper flakes, optional
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1tbls lemon juice(optional)
  • 3-4 mashed bananas
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Ingredients
  • 1 cup finely chopped watermelon
  • 7 cups coarsely chopped watermelon
  • 6 cups watermelon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • 1 serving water (if needed)
  • Watermelon wedges
  • Mint leaves

  • 15 whole Keebler Graham Crackers
  • 2 (11-ounce) bags caramel pieces
  • 16 ounces DOVE Dark Chocolate
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Laura's Lean Beef ribeye steak (may substitute strip, sirloin or flank)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 medium-hot Poblano pepper, dark green and triangular
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 8 fat-free flour tortillas
