For three days only, on March 22-24, you are invited to step back in time and re-live Jesus’ last few days on Earth, as the Creative Arts Department of Willoughby Hills Friends Church presents a dramatic musical entitled “Worthy is the Lamb”.
Come with us to the city of Jerusalem and witness the impact of Jesus’ love on men and women, then and now. Meet the Pharisees, the money changers, and the “Woman at the Well”. Listen as Matthew and others sing and testify about Jesus’ walk to the cross and His impact on their lives. Matthew recounts his experiences, and as his memories unfold, the scenes build in intensity from the Last Supper and Garden of Gethsemane to the eventual Crucifixion – and finally to Christ’s Resurrection, which leads to an electrifying musical celebration!
